Poster Printing
We provide poster printing in both digital technology (for low quantities and short turnaround times) and offset technology (for medium and high quantities) on modern Heidelberg machines. We typically offer poster printing on offset paper for the best graphic reproduction in various weights ranging from 130g to 250g.
To enhance and protect the quality, we can apply matte or glossy lamination. Additionally, special printing with neon toners or those visible only under UV light can be utilized, which can be suitable for places with UV lighting.
Our services are available in Poland as well as in most European countries.

Technical specifications for poster printing
Print Run and Printing Technology
Posters are printed using various technologies depending on the format and quantity. Digital printing allows for quick turnaround times and is cost-effective for small and medium quantities, with a limitation of dimensions up to 33×48 cm. For larger quantities, offset printing can be used, which is cheaper but involves a slightly longer lead time. Large formats typically require wide-format printing, usually solvent, latex, or pigment-based (highest quality).

The choice of paper for poster printing depends on the desired end result. Typically, posters are printed on coated paper (matte/gloss) or offset paper. We usually use paper weights ranging from 130-250g depending on the format and requirements.

Posters are most commonly printed in the following formats:

- B0 (1000×1400 mm) Enhancements for Poster Printing
Enhancements are rarely used for posters. Any decisions regarding enhancements should be made during the design process, so the design and files for printing are prepared according to the printer’s specifications. Various enhancements can be applied to poster printing:
- Matte/gloss lamination – strengthens and protects the print, and enhances its appearance. It helps avoid cracking on folds.
- Soft touch lamination – also strengthens and protects, and adds a velvety touch effect – commonly used in catalog printing.
- Spot UV varnish – allows for selective highlighting of graphic elements such as logos, titles.

We can deliver your posters to any location within the country and the EU. The cost of delivery depends on the weight, destination, and packaging method. Upon request, we can organize distribution directly to sales representatives, branches, or stores.
For districts in Warsaw such as Mokotów, Ursynów, Wilanów, Wola, Ochota, Centrum, Śródmieście, and nearby areas, we offer delivery with our own transport to expedite the process and minimize the risk of damage. For clients from farther areas, we offer courier delivery to any location in Poland. For other locations, we utilize professional courier services such as DHL, DPD, INPOST.

Calculations and all arrangements regarding poster printing are provided exclusively via email, allowing us to always refer back to specifics. We will respond to you as promptly as possible. The entire ordering process, including a proof print, can be conducted remotely. Before final acceptance of the print order, we check the files for quality and correct settings.
