We print company-branded notebooks using both digital technology (for low quantities and short turnaround times) and offset technology (for medium and high quantities) on modern Heidelberg machines. We offer glued binding with a cover, without a cover, and spiral binding.

The inner pages of the corporate notebooks are printed on uncoated offset papers, facilitating writing, with a weight of 90-120g. For the cover, we use coated papers, offset papers, kraft paper, and decorative papers in various weights ranging from 170-250g. To enhance the quality, we can apply matte, glossy, or soft-touch lamination to the cover. Additionally, we offer foiling, silvering, embossing, and spot UV varnishing. For the most demanding projects, we can use special printing techniques with neon or UV-visible toners. We print in white on Kraft eco-friendly paper and colored papers.

Print run and printing technology – offset or digital printing?

In the printing of notebooks, the deadline and print run determine the choice of technology. Digital printing allows for a very short turnaround time and is economical for small and medium print runs. Offset printing is cheaper for large print runs but involves a slightly longer turnaround time. Both technologies successfully allow for high-quality notebook printing.

Depending on the purpose, we distinguish several types:

They differ in their usage, so they require matching paper type, weight, and binding.

Paper type, weight – company notebooks

We typically print on offset paper, plain or ecological, facilitating handwriting, with a weight of 90-120g. For notebook covers, we use paper with a higher weight of 170-250g, which can be enhanced with finishes such as lamination. This is usually matte coated paper. We also offer decorative papers, mass-colored, used in premium prints. Eco-friendly white paper in offset (Nautilus) or coated versions and brown paper (kraft) have become increasingly popular lately. We can print white on kraft paper.

Types of binding – company notebooks with covers

In addition to choosing the type of paper, the binding method is also essential. Your notebooks can be made with glued covers, without covers, or spiral-bound, depending on their intended use, paper weight, and number of pages. We recommend spiral binding for notebooks that will be intensively used and where the pages need to remain in place for a longer period:

Cover finishes – printing of company notebooks

The choice of finishing has an impact on the character, quality, and durability. There are several options for finishing the cover:

• matte / glossy lamination – strengthens and protects while enhancing the appearance. It prevents cracking at the folds.
• soft touch film – also strengthens and protects while adding a velvety touch effect.
• UV varnish – allows for spot highlighting of graphic elements like logos, titles.
• hot stamping and matte gold/silver stamping

We can deliver your company notebooks to any location in the country and the EU. The cost of delivery depends on the weight and destination as well as the packaging method. Upon your request, we can organize the distribution of notebooks directly to sales representatives or customers.

For districts in Warsaw such as Mokotów, Ursynów, Wilanów, Wola, Ochota, Centrum, Śródmieście, and nearby areas, we offer delivery with our own transport, which speeds up the process and minimizes the risk of damage to the shipment. For customers from further areas, we offer courier delivery to any location in Poland. For other locations, we use the services of professional courier companies such as DHL, DPD, INPOST.

Calculations and all arrangements are communicated exclusively via email, allowing us to always refer back to specifics. We’ll respond to you as quickly as possible. The entire ordering process, including the proofing stage, can be done remotely. Before final acceptance of the print job, we check files for quality and correct settings.
